Chemtrails

YOU’RE Saying the term “chemtrails.” However ever since we were trying to make it rain on the Ho Chi Minh Trail, to help us beat the commies back in Nam and Korea… “Project STORMFURY” from the 1960s in hopes of winning wars… (see US Navy research and pat # 2550324 “Process for Weather Control.”) We have termed those actions as” geoengineering.”
Those other ops CHEMTRAILS, are CIA specific, like Operation Sea-Spray, or the Pont-Saint-Esprit mass poisoning where there’s localized dosing of a population via “chemtrail.”

Operation Ranch Hand meant Agent Orange was just one of the many chemicals we dumped on others via planes to aerosolize biological agents. Just to study how the particles would suspend in air and infiltrate the lungs in times of war. It took so much chemical to do so little damage… So, Operation Whitecoat was running all the way from the early 1950s and it was doing most of the research of aerobiological agents highly pathogenic to humans and animals. It was contained in a structure they called the 8 ball. It took less wasted chemicals to localize the impact on the study group.

Since then, we refer to the operations you’re seeing as GEOENGINEERING. Those actions are aloud… as long as governments contain their weather modification efforts to be that over their own populations. There are Dr’s of, Engineers of, Scientist of… but when you say Chemtrail… no such program exists outside of the CIA. No scientists, or even ongoing research of those programs aside from the actions of the CIA.
What your discussing isn’t regional, it’s worldwide we are seeing a phenomenon called “Global Dimming” because of it. That means the particles we know get caught up in the air for as long as a year, seemingly staying forever at some levels. So, the sky you see is now 25% less blue sky and sunshine than when geoengineering began. We are gaining a permanent white haze.
So, if you want to talk to a professor or a politician or a banker about this, “Geoengineering” is the name they all use to justify openly doing what you are talking about. Yes, they are using things like Aluminum Oxide, Barium, Strontium, Copper Sulfate, and Potassium Iodide. Yes, this is killing everything, including your brain.

Massive grow areas are finding a food production loss of 50% in just a few years. Soil PH has been affected globally; water fairly unreachable by most men has been made undrinkable by aluminum levels. Toxic fish are found in the cleanest mountain snow waters of California. Yes, they have chemically poisoned the entire surface water source, of every city in America. No, you CAN NOT remove chemicals once they are dissolved into the water. Yes, they point that out too.

However, the justification for this behavior… DOLLARS! The chemicals listed are treated to be more “moisture reactive.” By taking moisture before it even falls from one area, and driving those particles with weather or HAARP you can deliver that rain to anywhere they want. So, the rains that would fall in California can be taken to flood the Mississippi Valley.

We have TONS of documentation on that. (Speaking of ton’s documented that it took 10 megatons of aluminum to be dropped in atmospheric treatment… To steal rain from California farmers…) anyway… We learned how to hit other countries with drought, “by accident.”
So about those dollars… In 1997 the first-ever “Weather Derivatives” were sold like stocks. FIRST time ever, …were sold to Enron. They found by stock hedging they could reap millions on guessing the weather they were controlling…

They found they could effectively take out insurance policies on farmers’ massive production ability. If the food is produced on time, healthy, and good to go, they might make a million in stocks by knowing that in advance. But if they take the rain away and the farmer fails… They make 15 million in insurance payoff for the loss. They created the 2011 food crisis and got PAID.

Yes, if they can hit a farmer enough times, he will lose his farm and the land will be quickly gobbled up by Bill Gates, Monsanto, or China, and George Soros. They have purchased millions of acres of this land for pennies because of the farmer’s loss.

Now the rain can be restored and the show goes on the road… but will the water raining down on their crops be carrying the same poison they put up there to take the rain in the first place?” Yes, and it would still poison the soil and the rain. So, Monsanto and others have begun building massive greenhouses. The plants being geoengineered by Monsanto have been said to even be resistant to the overwhelming aluminum load we are all under.
